A "Do's and Don'ts" Guide to Makeup!

Do- Try a splash of bright color on your eyelids for summer such as blue, turquoise, or emerald green.
Don't - apply so much that you would for SURE win a costume contest as Mimi Bobeck from the Drew Carey Show...

Do- Try dark shadows and liner to make a mysterious and sultry smokey eye...
Don't apply so much that your neighbors call the cops on your husband for domestic violence.....

Do- Try and wear a red lip with a simple eye for that hipster chic vibe...
Don't forget to check if its in your teeth, red lipstick LOVES white teeth, and nothing makes you look more like a confused/sloppy mess.....

Do- Try and wear false eyelashes for those special occasions or fun nights out on the town.
Don't put them on crooked, you will instantly look crossed eyed/like the drunkest girl at the party...

Do- Try mixing a little loose glitter into your eye makeup for a intense sparkle.
Don't use craft glitter, only cosmetic grade, you don't want to go to the party as Helen Keller or an eye-patch wearing pirate.

Do try wearing a dark "cat-eye" liner and winging out your liner at the edges.
Don't have an image of Amy Winehouse as your go-to example for this effect..rest in peace baby girl..

Do- Try contouring your cheeks a little bit using bronzer and blush.
Don't use so much bronzer that you look like a dirty sailor with a five-o-clock shadow... blend, blend, blend those contour lines!

Do- Lightly define your brows with eyeshadow or eye pencil to shape and frame your face.
Don't overly arch them and look upset or confused all night...people will start to talk.....

Do- Try mixing bright pop colors of yellow, green, or pink into the crease of your eyelid..
Don't look like rainbow bright and my little pony had a baby on your face....

Do- Wear an ample amount of face makeup if you are going to be photographed/in pictures...
Don't wear so much face makeup you change races or species...

HAPPY MAKEUP-ING LIL ANGELS!
